Women wearing men’s clothes is an “abomination” to god. Of course the vast majority of christian women have worn pants.
And thus coupled with OBEY! is the parallel dictate “Never, ever, think for yourself!”
From beginning to end, the bible is all about using fear of nonexistent beings — monsters under the bed, monsters in the closet — to control the minds and behavior of people gullible enough to believe evil nonsense.

Homosexuality is an “abomination” to god. Oddly, this is the only abomination most christians worry about, for other people. What about the abominations above? Of course the vast majority of christians eat such “abominations” while claiming to “love” god, who they claim is the same “yesterday, today and forever” and thus still abominates such foods. How can people who “love” god do something he loathes? Is their love a “sham” because they love bacon more than god?
